CMCM aims to enhance lifetime employability of Singapore's labour force through theoretical and practical industry training. CMCM creates new career pathways through professional training with its various training programs. CMCM aims to help businesses and companies realise employees' potential in their respective fields.

CMCM provides training to improve the capability, productivity, and performance of employees. The career-focused professional training programs and language programs are conducted in a conducive learning environment. There are more than 30 short-term programs (Each not more than 50 hours per month), ranging from leadership, management, marketing to English and Chinese communication programs.
